The mandate
- Run decision-trace fieldwork: interviews, logs, and the analysis behind them.
- Draft career ladder structures with client HR and technical leads.
- Track program metrics and keep the evidence pack current.
What we expect
- Two or more years in consulting or organizational roles in industry.
- Comfortable with both interview analysis and spreadsheet-grade rigor.
- German fluency and English working proficiency.
The process
- 01 Introductory call.
- 02 Structured case on decision rights in a plant turnaround.
- 03 Panel with two practice members.
- 04 Offer decision within ten working days of the final round.
Applications go to the practice lead. A written decision follows within ten working days of the final round.
