How we work

Four movements, one signed metric

The method is the product. Every engagement runs the same sequence — diagnose, design, deliver, sustain — and every published case study reports its result at month twelve, not at kickoff.

01 Diagnose

Find the constraint before the fix

Two weeks on site with the people who run the process. One page of findings, priced gap by gap, signed by the plant manager before any program is proposed.

  • Shift-level measurement, not interviews alone
  • Every gap valued at the month’s actual selling price
  • A signed problem statement before a proposal exists

02 Design

Set the target and the owner in the same meeting

The program is designed with the budget holder in the room: one signed metric, one owner per lever, and a sequence of decisions with dates.

  • A single metric the board can audit
  • Decision rights mapped before the structure is drawn
  • Suppliers and IT at the table from design review two

03 Deliver

Run the change with your team, not around it

Joint teams work the constraint first. A weekly rhythm, decisions logged the same day, and evidence packs the client can re-present without us.

  • Your engineers lead the line; we bring the method
  • Weekly numbers, same-day decision logs
  • No parallel forty-initiative list

04 Sustain

Keep the gain after the invoice clears

Scorecards and trained internal leads stay in place for twelve months. Published results are measured a year later, not at kickoff.

  • Twelve months of scorecard review included
  • Internal leads certified against the method
  • Results re-measured at month twelve

Questions clients ask before signing

A typical program runs with one partner, one principal, and two to four consultants or analysts, working alongside a client team of the same size. Heavy data weeks add a specialist. We keep the ratio close to one-to-one so knowledge stays with your people.

Fees are fixed per phase, agreed after the diagnostic and before the program starts. The diagnostic itself is a fixed fee credited against the program if we proceed. No open-ended day rates.

Yes to the NDA, and the case study only publishes with written approval and the level of anonymization you choose. Several published engagements use fictionalized client names with real numbers.

Regularly, usually from diligence through the first hundred days. The transactions capability page lists how the work splits between pre-signing and post-close teams.

Talk to a partner before you write the plan

Describe the decision in front of you. A partner who has run it replies within two business days — with questions, not a brochure.
