Measured work, named process

You will spend most weeks in plants, depots, and control rooms rather than conference rooms. The hiring process is the same standard we hold in programs: four steps, written decision, no homework marathons.

The hiring process, in four steps

  1. 01

    Introductory call

Forty-five minutes with the practice lead. Your questions first, then the role.

  2. 02

    Structured case

A real (anonymized) problem from a live program. Two hours, your own approach.

  3. 03

    Panel with the practice

Two practitioners on delivery craft and one client-side reference call.

  4. 04

    Decision in ten days

A written decision within ten working days of the final round. Every finalist gets feedback.

Open roles

Before you apply

No. Roughly half of the firm came from industry: plants, supply bases, grids, and product lines. What matters is a record of measured results and the patience to build them with a client team.

Programs run on site, typically three days a week during diagnose and deliver phases. Travel days are planned in the weekly rhythm, and no engagement asks for a permanent secondment.

A practice member reads every application. If the fit is not right today, we say so within the ten working days, and we keep confirmed profiles for future roles with your consent.

Nothing that fits today?

Write to the practice you want to join and name the problem you want to spend two years on. Roles open around strong people.
