Lead build teams that deliver production data models and operational applications the shift actually uses.
The mandate
- Run day-to-day delivery for one to two client build teams.
- Translate plant decisions into data models with client IT and operations.
- Keep adoption numbers honest: weekly active users on the floor, not logins.
What we expect
- Five or more years across data engineering, MES, or industrial software.
- Fluency with modern data stacks and manufacturing systems in the same project.
- Patience for shift-floor training and the habits it changes.
The process
- 01 Introductory call with the practice lead.
- 02 Technical case: design a production data model from a messy export.
- 03 Panel with a partner and a client-side reference call.
- 04 Offer decision within ten working days of the final round.
