Halvorsen & Co (Wilhelminakade 88, Rotterdam) is the data controller for this website. We collect personal data only when you provide it: your name, work email, company, and message when you use the contact form, and the details you send when you apply for a role.

How we use your data

We use contact details to respond to your inquiry, usually within two business days. Application data is used to assess your candidacy and, where you consent, to keep you informed about future roles. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Inquiry messages are kept for twelve months after our last reply. Application records are kept for the duration of the hiring process and twelve months beyond it, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. The site itself stores your theme choice in your browser's local storage and sets no tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to partners@halvorsen-example.com. We answer every request within thirty days.

Third parties

This site links to third-party sites such as professional networks. Those sites have their own privacy notices, and we encourage you to read them. We share personal data only with service providers that host our systems, under written agreements that limit their use of the data.
