Data Analyst — Engineering & NPI
Analyze pilot build and quality data across NPI programs, turning build records into cycle-time and yield improvements.
The mandate
- Maintain the NPI benchmark dataset: cycle times, gate dates, first-pass yield.
- Analyze pilot build data and flag risks before gates.
- Support client workshops with clean, honest charts.
What we expect
- One or more years analyzing manufacturing or product data.
- SQL and Python or R for data work; statistics you can defend.
- Japanese working proficiency; English for published work.
The process
- 01 Introductory call.
- 02 Data case on pilot build quality records.
- 03 Panel with the practice lead and an engagement manager.
- 04 Offer decision within ten working days of the final round.
